On April 29 Archer’s four future Associated Student Body (ASB) members gave speeches to current and rising upper school students. Unlike past years, there was no need to campaign or vote for representatives because the amount of people who ran was equal to the amount of positions that needed to be filled.

The upper school enjoyed hearing from  future president Camilla Gazcon ’15, who shared her exciting plans to benefit the school and the Archer Community. Olivia Bagg ’15, Hannah Levy ’16 and Ali Kiley ’16 are the other three young women on the Executive Council of ASB.

When asked how she felt about the speeches, a sophomore stated, “The ASB speeches were all really funny, now I’m all excited for next year!” She added, “Hearing about their plans makes the thought of junior year a little less daunting.”
