Students and Faculty attend Community Service Celebration

Students and faculty gathered in the Courtyard for a Community Service Celebration run by Archer students on Oct. 23. The Community Service Board (CSB) organized the event so that community members could receive information on the various service projects that Archer girls are involved in.

Some organizations that presented are Adopt and Shop, Guide Dogs, Gentle Barn, Project Angel Food, LemonAID Warriors, Teenline, Free the Children, Play it Forward, L.A. Rabbit Foundation, Olivia and Alice, Water Wells for Africa, Archer Garden, Camp Harmony, Feed2Succeed Fund, Goldhirsch Foundation, Abi’s Animals, Book Truck, A Peace Project, NAMI, L.A. Maker Space, Global Youth Marketing, Westside Food Bank, Teens2Teens, Venice Family Clinic and Adopt a Family.

    Thank you so much for covering this event! There are 7 girls in the CSLB (community service leadership board) who were instrumental in planning the event and 37 girls in CSS (community service squad) who also participated.
